To be in the situation that we are with the pandemic, it seems to me that the protocol that they have for the covid is null. They force you to leave at 10 p.m., leave your loved one alone. When you arrive at 8 in the morning, when they reopen, the funeral home is dirty, bathrooms are not cleaned and the hall and corridors the same. During the time we were there, I did not see anyone cleaning the door handles. Some heavy doors, that you had to touch yes or yes. That has been my experience, I do not know if this is the case every day or we played the china.

Good service, very good attention, it is incredible how clean it is after so many people who pass through its facilities and taking into account how dirty we are.
