I went to have an updo and makeup done. The girl who attended me was a charm, very nice.nAlthough the result, especially the makeup, was not as expected. This bad review is because of the misunderstanding with the price. They charged me much more than what they had budgeted for over the phone, they tried to make me think that I had made a mistake when listening to it. But it was not like that since we mentioned it several times on the phone, to be sure before going. I felt cheated, I am not a regular customer and I was not happy as such. Of course I will not return, nor my acquaintances. I hope you learn from it and improve your customer service.
