Just as I spoke well of bread, I cannot say the same about roscón de reyes. Dry bun, barely filled with cream, without a roscón flavor. An absolute disappointment. And another of the biggest disappointments that I have had is that the chocolate palms are not made by them, they are INDUSTRIAL !!. In bread they are the best but you have to say both the good and the bad. A greeting.

It is a special place. Just entering and you notice that everything is different from other bakeries I have been to. There are many varieties of bread that I have never seen before. Also pastries. I only remember something like that when I have traveled outside of Spain. It is very surprising to find it in a town and see that it always has so many people shopping. I was impressed when I came to live in Illescas. An example for other small businesses.
