Mr. Barcena, ask yourself about the large number of negative reviews, you have people who are very empathetic and too bordering on your clients, especially one named Begoña, as you can see she does not like her work, it is not that there is anything illegal way but its way of explaining things, its bad ways a pharmacy has to reassure since it is almost always resorted to by imperative need please a little empathy about everything in these moments it is understood that you do not want to be there and prefer to be at home but me too and I am a health worker and I have to work and help in any way I can

I was attended by a young boy, a pharmacist. By giving him the doctor's prescription in which he barely understood anything, he tried to solve the problem by first looking at it and asking other employees if they understood it. As it was not possible, they called the doctor and told them the medication that was. Thank you!
