Bad experience, they tell you to make holes at home without even a technician coming before and to make matters worse later, the technician does not use those holes (the first one that came) or he says they are very small and they are not worth it (the second one that came). Being your business I understand that they should give correct instructions before ordering the client to do anything. They also did not locate the problem. I do not recommend it.

Caution with the commercial department and with the management department. Lack of professionalism and the treatment leaves much to be desired. The company is called on July 27 and they tell me that that week or the next they will visit my home due to a problem of supposed termites in the structure. We are requested to send the location of the property by wasap, sending it on July 29. From the outset we are told that there is no charge for visit and report. After several calls and, understanding that the company has taken vacations on these dates, we contacted the company on August 17 and they told us that they would happen on Friday 21. That same day at 8 in the morning wasap sent to me. will charge € 60 plus VAT for the visit, given the location of the property. I find it not very serious since, from the first moment, we were told that the visit was free and they were informed about the location. In fact, they commented that they were going to put it on the road with properties in the area. Little professionalism in dealing with the client, the latter being the one who has had to insist on getting a visit date Little seriousness in indicating their fees. If they had informed about the amount from the beginning it would have been accepted.nFinally Montañesa disinfection takes care of us. They come quickly and without paying a visit. Serious and professional treatment.
