Carmen the teacher is wonderful. Small groups and keep an eye on you. With reformer. Varied and level classes. She controls a lot. It is magnificent.

I am delighted with the pilates classes of this center. Strengthen, you harden, you relax, you concentrate on what you are doing improving with it bad postures and back pains. I concretely have a herniated disc for which I was about to enter the operating room From pa practiced in this center my discomfort and physical limitations have disappeared. In the end Carmen and her classes have changed my life. Thanks

I am delighted with this center. Professor Carmen does a super complete class and you work your whole body. I have been to several centers and the truth is that none like this.
