It is a shame. One day missing 8 euros and then to my surprise to tell me that you could not charge me with a card because they did not have it, I asked where there was a cashier to bring it and they told me to leave my ID. As I refused to let djrvel dni I was required another card like the European health card until I brought them ten mm later the 8 euros after going to the cashier kissed walking and with rain since the car was in the garage next door changing the wheels . A zero in customer service. If you are not going to trust for 8 euros do not devote yourself to the hospitality industry. I know more than 50 countries and never in the very few occasions that something like this has happened they have shown me a similar reaction. What they have to do is have a dataphone how there is in virtually all hotel establishments.nBe careful if you have to leave the wallet in pledge for 5 miserable euros!
