I had a broken seat collar for a Giant TCR whilst out on holiday and thought it would be an impossible fix. Got an email back from them in 24 hours that they had the part in stock. By then I’d sourced elsewhere and driven to Austurias to collect, of course, but great to know they’re around if needed. Recommended!
