One of the best areas to enjoy the outdoors of Cantabria, very clean and careful with many tables and near the river, there is good parking, you can take hiking trails.

In the park of Ucieda you take the main track at the back.nIt is wide. There is no water, so you have to carry in your backpack.nApprox about 5km or so. Just when it finishes there is a curve to the left. very closed. A branch appears. On the left you go back to the forest and to the right. a very steep slope, it goes up and up ... and climbs up to a fence of hawthorn. There it ends and joins with another path. To the left you see the Alto del Toral.
