TIMADORES. USURERS. COUNTERFEITERS. I have no other words for this company, if it can be called that. They sell counterfeits, both in their super sale period with 50% selected items and in their day to day (to find out if you are one of the winners with another one of their scams, check the shoe reference number with the reference number that appears on the box, what does it not match? And yes, there is a store number and a shoe number on the box itself, and neither one nor the other friends). When you have a problem with one of their products, forget about them, because you have already paid them, now it is YOUR problem, not theirs. I hope that the OCU will come to you soon. SHAME OF SITE! STANDARDS! You will always receive bad words from me and my relatives.

I placed an online order for a pair of sneakers which proved to be defective since my gas chamber exploded shortly afterwards, barely forcing it. I wrote to be offered a solution and they told me that without the proof of purchase it was not possible to return them. I went to download the receipt to the mail (as in any other online order) and it turned out that they had not sent it to me, only a physical copy inside the shoe box, which I threw without having been notified that it was the only copy of my order. I have enough data: account on the website where the order is seen, payment confirmation emails ... of everything to prove that I made that purchase, but they refuse to change my defective product, washing their hands saying that without the Physical proof will not do anything. Not to forget that the product was not cheap in itself: shoes that cost more than € 100 which I can not use again. I do not recommend the purchase on this page.

Very good shoe store I went to change the shoes and they repaired some expensive tennis that I had and the prices were very low repair staff very attentive and friendly they had punctually and everything very. All right
