We have bought numerous times in this store, the other day we went and one of the shop assistants treated us with incredible reluctance and unprofessionalism, putting faces if we asked for a number for a shoe or boot and without any kindness. The brand is fine, but the attention in the Pontevedra store leaves much to be desired. There is a dependent who seems to be doing you a favor by taking care of you, and instead of talking to you, it seems to spit you out.
