We called customer service, they said they were going to try to fix it and they would call us and they haven't called us again, after 5 days. My mother had put a claims sheet in the Pontevedra Miniprecios store, they told her she had to go to Consumption in PONTEVEDRA (at the address on the back of the claims sheet). After calling for a week the number that appears on the claim sheet and they did not pick up the phone, my mother who does not drive and is ALMOST 60 YEARS OLD has had to go with the situation we have of CONORAVIRUS by bus to that address and it turns out that 2 years ago, Consumo changed its address and the MINIPRECIOS store did not tell my mother and they have not changed the address on THEIR CLAIM SHEETS. In addition, the Pontevedra Consumer Service has told you that the STORE HAS LIED TO YOU since you do not have to take the complaint form or the shoes to Consumption, but to the town hall of our town. YOU ARE SOME REAL SINS, as is the situation to do this to a lady, when in addition that shoe was already USED! We have been like this for almost 20 days and surely now you will say that the claim time has passed, because of you.
