They give you a phone number to make an appointment that nobody attends, they don't even get it. I need to do a paperwork with the IGVS and it is impossible to do it. Remember that it is an official body that we all pay and that we have the right to use, and from there they have the obligation to serve the citizens. It is very unfortunate that management never lives up to it. Why does it work like this?

They tell you that you should make an appointment for the COVID-19, they give you a phone number to ask for it and they never go off-hook. I have been calling for 3 days, within your morning hours, do not think of calling an afternoon that we know you are resting. I must have called about 50 times to request the appointment and the phone has never been picked up.nI will pass the deadline to do this procedure and it will be my fault ...

They do not pick up the phone. You lose the morning to go there, and you come just as you went or worse. Because now you had to explain yourself in zero comma, so as not to irritate the Lord too much for everything that is at the entrance. That the man lives overwhelmed and now I understand that he doesn't take the phone. But that the treatment or service is like a switchboard, a waste of time! Thanks from nadaaa.
