I have a vacuum cleaner of this brand, very happy with it until it failed, the technical service a disaster, you want to complain, they tell you to send an email and they do not answer it. Shame on such an expensive machine that has such dire customer service.

I bought on 02/18/19 two tm5 plus two extra glasses, less than two weeks after the purchase, the new model comes out. No one communicates anything to us, until in a demonstration we see it and ask when it came out? Two of the girls who were working there tell us that in March and that all those who had bought it approximately two to three weeks earlier, they were offered to change the tm5 for the new model.nNo one told us anything, do the accounts, to top it off they call us to look for people who want the tm5 for 700 euros, 500 euros less than what it cost us.nThey have laughed at us, shameful
