Very unhappy. My heater broke and it has taken many days to repair it (we are already on the twelfth day). They have no sense of urgency and responsibility with respect to clients. I have come across maintenance insurance with Naturgy and their slowness and ineffectiveness are a real disaster.

Very unprofessional. They repaired my boiler and after two weeks it broke again. Another Pintos technician came and now this boy tells me that I have to change it entirely. I speak to them so that they give me the money of the first repair and they refuse.
