I am very happy with this clinic, they have made several fillings and a cleaning. They have been very delicate and I have left very happy. I also take my two children there. The little boy has been in orthodontics for three years and has improved a lot and the older one goes to check-ups and has had various fillings. The children are happy and the result has always been very good.

I have put a star because you can not give less. I had to make an emergency appointment at this clinic for a filling, I requested it online for the next day early. When I arrive the next morning it turns out that the website was not going to make the appointments and the person who was going to do the treatment was not there, so they gave me an appointment for another day at 11:30, they called me half an hour more It was late to inform me that they had been confused and that there was not at that time, so they gave me another appointment around 12:30, I accepted.nNot 5 minutes later they still call me again to tell me that they didn't have 12:30 that day and that they had gotten confused again by making the appointment a day later. When they finally give me the happy appointment and I go, with my companion partner, they leave us waiting 10 minutes and when they pass me they do not let my partner in due to coronavirus issues, (which seemed wrong because the dentist finished with my procedure, the first thing he did was remove his mask) so he had to stay in the waiting room.nI made it clear to them that I only had a little sensitivity in a tooth that was split in a corner in the upper part of my mouth and I wanted to match it to how it was before I broke it. The first thing they did was take an x-ray, which took about 10 min. in just that.nThen, without explaining anything he had seen, he began to file the affected tooth more than normal. I would not notice an anomaly if I had not also filed THE DOWN TEETH without any kind of need, or notice or information as to why it does it (leaving them weak and very sensitive). Obviously I complain and continue on the affected tooth as if nothing had happened, with pedantic and unnecessary jokes and more so being supposedly professional. Then he applies the putty to fill the gaps but very little, practically nothing, giving the excuse that otherwise it would fall off the next day, (I mean, I come to fix the hole I made, you enlarge it, and go home) telling me that if we see how it goes like this in a few weeks, obviously to get more change.nWhen I argue with him that he does not follow the procedure of his work, he suggests that I start over, but with local anesthesia and file again (a treatment that he was not going to accept and less there).nObviously after the treatment I was paying myself badly and with my teeth much worse than when I arrived.nI went with a cracked tooth with a bit of sensitivity and I came out with a sharper, thinner tooth with even more sensitivity, and also with sensitivity in the lower teeth, on the face.nnI have a new appointment at a really good clinic with QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS and pending to file a malpractice complaint. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
