I guess they must have clients because it is impossible to contact them by phone. Talk to the central and they wrote down my phone number so they will call me. I'm still waiting for that call. I can't imagine buying a session voucher and calling to make an appointment. Also after reading comments from other users it does not give me much confidence.

I have called them at least 10 times on different days and they never catch me. In Vigo the same.

The customer service, not that of Pontevedra, but the central one, is horrible if they even answer you and that I have already sent 4 mail and a letter of complaint for the changes they are making, so to the beast and without notifying customers . I want to use my LPD right and there is no way to answer me.

Very unhappy with Hedonai Vigo, poor management in appointments.

They burned me in laser hair removal. They indicate how you can see below that what is happening is told and once I do they do not answer and they know how dangerous it is to go through the laser. Anyway...
