Beautiful!!

Beautiful place with a small museum of all the gadgets of the original time to make wine. Walk and explanation starring Dña. Rosa, very nice and friendly lady who explained the family history of the winery. Then we went to see the large metal deposits that they used during the last years of production, because a few years ago they moved and they have everything in much larger facilities. We entered the oldest area of the house where the fire was. And finally they offered us a tasting with nuts and cheese that was very tasty. We sign in the guestbook and check the visit made by some of us several years ago. Visit very nice and recommendable.

My experience as a grape picker in this winery has been appalling.nI swore not to return for the horrible treatment received last year, especially by the person in charge (Amparo). No matter what you do .... everything is a reason to belittle the worker. I beg the winery managers to take action. We are in 2019, workers cannot be treated like this, the time of slavery and insults to the worker is not allowed. This work is very hard ... and the treatment we receive from those in charge makes it harder.

I hope that those responsible for this winery take note of the kind of person they have in charge (Amparo), which treats employees like cattle, not respecting their rights as workers or their dignity as people. They have the test asking both the seasonal workers who are still harvesting today, as well as those whom they dismissed, as well as any of those who have voluntarily quit their jobs these days. Shameful that a company like Santiago Ruiz allows a manager to behave as in the era of slavery, moving in his quad through the vineyards with an air of greatness only to disrespect the respect of each worker that he leaves in his path.

Very unhappy and totally disappointed with the treatment received in the winery of Santiago Ruiz de Tomiño. Bad manners even lacking respect, rudeness and demeaning treatment by the manager Amparo.
