We were privileged to be shown the magnificent and extensive project of Xabi taking the great things of the past and passionately working them with a modern functional and authentic twist. Fantastic to see historical varietals taking centre stage in a beautiful site out of the tourist Mecca. His mother's home cooked meal from mostly home grown goods was stunning as well. A great place to visit and taste a good wine. The staff very very friendly and charming. I recommend staying to eat very strongly.
