Very bad. I've been shopping there for a long time and unfortunately I have to say that the shop assistants are very rude, they follow you around the store as if you were going to steal something, just like in a Chinese bazaar. I love Douglas because of the great variety of products and offers he has, but I can't wait to return with those untreatable saleswomen. And this has not only happened to me, but to more people I know. They seem very unprofessional to me.
