We bought 2 years ago (the ones my son has) several things online here, such as the stroller, several Jane's bags, and more. I did it by phone, if I remember correctly Jaime attended me, charming, they did not have the color that I wanted and they offered me a more expensive one, leaving it at the other's price, everything came super fast, a wonder. At the time I forgot to give them a review, but just two years after the purchase, the stroller wheels were breaking (a factory defect that affected more models of the same brand) and they solved it for me, sending a new set 4 wheels at no cost. The truth is that I highly recommend this store not only for the sale and delivery service, very personalized, but for the after-sales service.
