A workshop in the middle of the city. They bake bread for much of the morning and you can take it fresh. The pastry is also handmade and it shows. What they do is worth trying. I recommend the cheesecake and the butters.

Good pasta and bread. What I don't like is the roscón de Reyes, since it is a bun dough, like the braids that you can buy at any time of the year there.

The shop assistant charged me badly. It gave me the wrong changes. And the Donuts weren't good.
