The deal with the client is good, they are very polite. But if you call as a private individual to ask for a price for something, for company policy they don't give you a price they only tell you to go there in person. When I have worked in some workshop and we had them, to apply the discount they only do it if you invoice with them monthly through a bank, if you are going to pay there in cash or with a card they do not make you discount or checking with the workshop, no I get it. For me they neglect a lot to private customers who want to make their arrangements in their own car, and the discount policy goes ... As they give ... they do not put facilities. Otherwise I am very kind.
