Very bad experience. They sold me two phones less than half a year ago, one began to fail and when it came to fixing they told me that it cannot be fixed because of the humidity, they blame the humidity, very sea by the technical service of this store, not giving solutions to customers' problems. They don't want to fix either by warranty or by paying. I was left without a phone and without money.nnI do not recommend this store.

Great service, they have always solved me, obviously I suppose it will be important to provide written evidence, if not, the word of one against the other.

THIS SERVICE IS A FARSA THAT WE PAY ALL. I have been twice. The first a claim to Iberdrola. The second with Movistar which kept charging me without unsubscribing. In both, the first thing they tell you is that you have to provide more documentation (many people give up after this inconvenience). Lorena is right that the only thing they do is mediate by sending a registered letter which if they do not collect it, there is no claim. The next thing was to file a complaint in court ... THE SURPRISING thing is that within two hours of being in that department and in which I did not manage to file the claim, I received a message from Movistar apologizing and solving my problem after 6 months of various claims in store and by phone. QUALITY?

Very disappointed with this organism. I had a dislike with a cycling company for an online purchase, I went to this Service hoping they could help me solve the aforementioned issue and, in addition to delaying the process 3 weeks, after almost 3 months, I still have not solved the matter. On the contrary, the process was worse besides being for 3 months sending emails and phone calls, which were useless. A total waste of time.
