Spectacular service, advice and efficiency. If there were 10 stars, I would put them all. I have had the gas installation done from scratch and the whole process could not be better. Infinite patience and impressive problem solving skills. Both Carlos and Israel are professionals like the crown of a pine tree and that gives a lot of confidence when it comes to installations of this style. I definitely recommend it 100%. Unfortunately the experience with this companynThey supplied me and placed in a hairdresser a thermos that they chose, remade the existing installation, supplied and placednsafety valves, expansion vessels .....nand still under warranty the thermos has burst, losing water in jets that, as it was connected to another thermos, had to cut off the hot water in the hairdressernI called them between 15 and 20 times until they answered the call to tell me that that day they could not pass, that is, it either flooded the premises or stopped working, in that situation I called the insurance that although it does not cover the breakdown the professional who attended me made a fix to work with the thermos that does worknThe next day the company in question appeared to say that the thermos was under warranty and that they would notify the manufacturer in addition to taking photos and disregarding the installation of the new thermos since they had made a fix to continue workingnI have already received the new thermos, I have insisted that they have to take care of the installation since they supplied and placed it and it is under warranty, failing that they can give me a budget but I am still waiting for an answernNothing professional, neither his work nor his attention !!!nTotally inadvisable hiring !!!nExpensive and lousy jobs !!!

My experience with them has been magnificent in every way and at all times. On December 30, at 10:00 p.m., the boiler broke down and, calling them on the 31st in the morning to ask for a quote and availability, they came today January 2 and have left a new one installed: quickly, seriously, professionally and with excellent customer service. In addition, they have performed tasks that were not part of their work, such as leaving the smart thermostat programmed again. The communication with them of 10 also, taking into account the holiday of the day 1. I recommend them 100%
