The Key Service Manager at the V. Beato headquarters is an excellent professional. Very helpful, very attentive to the customer and very capable. Thanks to him, I was able to avoid spending 230 euros for a duplicate vehicle key. He repaired the command, which nobody was able to do, for 25 euros. Thanks a lot.

Is a gotcha !!! Do not make copies here! Very expensive !! Go to a neighborhood one !! They cost € 1 here € 5 !!!nI made a copy of keys in this place, as I was rushing urgently and the next day when I arrived at the workplace where I needed that key, it did not work ...nThe next day I go to a branch they have elsewhere and they tell me that they can't solve anything for me. I go to another site to make the copy and it costs me € 1, while here it had been € 5 !!!

I went with a broken car remote and they fixed it in 10 minutes, they accompanied me to the car to test it and they only charged me the 5 euros of the battery that I also changed. Fast, honest and very professional.
