Unfortunate That they tell you that you have to wait a little while and it takes almost 2 hours to start cutting your hair. Tell me the truth about how long it will take and I decide if I want to wait that long. Total disorganization. The only good thing that they cut your hair well.

Shameful treatment. Uneducated, totally badass hired hairdressers treat customers like they're in a cocktail bar. Low quality used products. Hairdressers with excessively basic training. Neither professionalism, nor good treatment nor education. Endless waits serving customers without order and with waits of up to 4 hours from the moment they start serving you until you leave.
