In the first place, bad telephone service in conversation requesting a quote to change the front door to my home, in which they told me that they were not going to send anyone since they could not have a person wasting time going to the homes of potential clients. I am instructed to look at a web page of an external provider and to call again providing measurements and chosen model to obtain an estimated budget.nSecondly, following your instructions, I send an email to the contact address that appears on the web providing the measurements of the door I need, the models in which we would be interested and my contact information both by email and by phone.nAfter a week they have not contacted me by any means.nLittle seriousness and poor customer treatment.nNothing recommendable.
