The experience in this center has been somewhat unpleasant. I have come with my dog ​​for a slight problem and the girl who attended us first to explore him was nice and careful, on the other hand, the man who attended my dog ​​for the second time to see what he had, treated my dog ​​badly. Too bad for my liking. That have never happened to me. The poor dog was so scared! In itself he is fearful and on top of that they make him more afraid! Wow, how much empathy and how much care. I froze when I saw that the vet tried to grab him several times roughly to keep him still! Really? On the way to the clinic I saw so many positive reviews and I felt calm because I thought it was a good place and now I can't believe how I could take my dog ​​there. The reviews say they are professionals, but it is useless if they smile at me if they treat my dog ​​so rudely and unlovingly. Not to mention that the consultation lasted 5 minutes and they did nothing special, they examined him, and 30 euros for a 5 minute consultation? I'm sorry; but I'm not coming back! I don't really care about the money, what I'm insinuating is that I paid to be scared of the animal, because something else ... it tastes bad.

I love the affectionate treatment that both vets and assistants show to our friends. They try to reassure them when they show signs of fear or distress. And that means a plus of confidence and humanity that I deeply appreciate. They are definitely the best. Laika is not very convinced but I know that she receives the best possible treatment. Thanks a lot.
