A total shame, this agency takes a long time to make a reservation just to give you information or a quote more than 8 hours without answering emails, you call so that they can manage the reservation that they send you the information and they say that they will send you tomorrow, why wait so long ? (In my case I was in a hurry to book my flight), when you tell them that you don't want the ticket they want to charge you 50 euros for saying that you no longer want the ticketn3 DAYS TO WANT TO MAKE A SIMPLE RESERVATIONnI do not recommend this agency, do not buy, do not waste your time

They are totally informal, I cannot recover a cruise reservation, because they do not give me the documentation, it is a scam.

Great trip planning made by Silveira Viajes, it is essential to have organized the stay, places to visit, available times. And for that especially it has to do to look for a nearby accommodation where you avoid looking for parking, or parking expenses, and km. away. Thank you Paloma, we enjoy as a family.
