My experience has been satisfactory. I have unruly hair and I've been looking for a good hairdresser where they can treat it for a long time. In this hairdresser I found a great hairdresser who leaves my hair magnificent and tame. It is worth highlighting the admirable service and disposition towards customers. Very friendly and helpful staff and a good job done every time I go. For my taste, slightly high price when it comes to men's cutting and washing.
Fatal. The hairdresser who treated me left my hair completely different from what I asked for. I asked for a very simple, straight cut and it left my hair full of shear, completely uneven layers. An absolute disaster and very expensive. I understand that the desired result cannot always be obtained and I am always understanding and even more so when I see the work of a professional but in this case there is no way to take it. Zero professionalism. I feel sorry for the girls who work there who are and have treated me other times.
Whenever I ask for an appointment, they attend me at least 20 or 30 minutes late. His previous appointments are very tight and not working. Lots of staff turnover. It is difficult for him to always attend you the same.
