Disastrous. Not only do they not do the services they mention on the web as they only deliver to certain areas of Madrid but you also call and all your questions / suggestions are in a tone of outrage. Shameful! Forget about buying the bread here

The girl is lovely, a lot of variety of both breads and pastries. Cakes with very good looks. It's a shame that because of vandalism we can't have bread in the duspensadora machine ..
