I have been waiting for a nationality response for more than 4 years. I live in Madrid, I have the updated address in all the records, in 2013 they asked me again for criminal records, with the excuse that the one I had delivered was expired, which is not real, I asked again through lawyers € 300, It has notification of entry exactly on 08/26/2013. I have delivered it personally. Since then nobody knows anything. They don't pick up the phone, most of them have it off the hook, I'm already a little more serious and I've contacted the police. My question is whether it will now be necessary to start a lawsuit with my lawyers to obtain information from my file.
