Picturesque town in the parishes of Maianca and Serantes, Oleiros, A Coruña. Small town with a beautiful beach sheltered from the waves that is undoubtedly attractive due to its privileged geographical location. The cove of Mera is the Sanxenxo de la Rías Altas. Jokes aside, in the summer there is a lot of movement throughout the area. Vacationers are noticed how they enjoy Mera beach and all the other beaches in the area, which are also very popular: Espiñeiro, Santa Ana ... even Portelo, Canide cove or Xunqueiro cove.nMera, with its world-famous lighthouses (at least for sailors) offers us a clean oceanic look on the horizon. The sunsets are always unforgettable. The silhouette of the Tower of Hercules remains in a continuous dialogue with the two lighthouses, the big one and the small one. I would swear that with the little one there was always a passionate love story. After so many years, there are still every night to see each other.nMera offers sun, walks, leisure, water sports ... and all the credit is shared equally by Maianca and Serantes. There is no rivalry problem. In addition to the busy and beautiful beach, Mera has a park that includes a lagoon watered by the rivers da Barreira and Douro. The Parque da Lagoa is a highly recommended natural space to visit and enjoy the walk.
