For my wedding day I ordered a suit of your brand from Almería through Javier Cañizares. The service from Javier Cañizares was terrible, making an arrangement in the pants that worsened the original, so contact them directly through Facebook. After sending them some photos of the pants, they very kindly offered me a solution and told me that they would send me a pair of the correct size for my wedding suit. A few days after the wedding they told me that they had spoken with the store and they could not send me said pants. They left me in the lurch a few days before the wedding when he had led me to believe that they were going to solve the problem for me.

Very unpleasant shopping experience. We acquired in July a suit for our son's graduation at the store in the Central Area of ​​Santiago (€ 200). The fabric of the same suffered an impressive break, for no apparent reason, the same day of the premiere, with the consequent trouble for the kid. After claiming in the store, we are answered by Customer Service that the cause of the break is the misuse by the user and that the quality system of the company ensures the suitability of all its fabrics. I do not wish anyone a similar experience
