I am an Erasmus student and I want to tell you about my experience.nI found an offer on groupon which included 3 total waxes at the super affordable price of 25 €.nA Spanish friend of mine called on my behalf for the reservation saying that she had bought this package, the lady replied that I had to cancel the groupon and pay directly when I would go to the beauty center. He also told her he had no place for the next 15 days.nPuzzled by this behavior the next day I asked another friend to call and book without groupon, incredibly the lady had immediate availability .... I am outraged by this non-professionalism on the part of the lady, I feel strongly teased by this behavior. It is not possible to be treated this way after paying for a service! It is my right to be treated like other customers who have not bought the offer. It is a problem for the lady if the price is not convenient for her, surely this must not prevail on me! Obviously I canceled the groupon and I don't go there anymore to make bad publicity to the beauty center!nI do not recommend it to everyone!
