This is travel in time experience to communist East Europe, strongly recommended! Visit 5 overstaffed but underperforming separate counters for different goods, then line up for paperwork at another desk, then line up for cash desk at the opposite part of the building, then go pick up you stuff from those 5 separate counters. Then go again to custom officer for another check. Then you are good to travel back in time.
