Gondar Backpackers

One of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in Ethiopia. Really clean, big dorms, comfy mattresses. The common area is massive with mattresses on the floor to hangout, well equipped kitchen. The hostel is up in the hills and the views are amazing esp at sunrise and sunset

Nicest place I stayed in in Ethiopia. Fantastic hostel and a great place to meet others. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Place was clean, beds were super comfortable with cosy duvets and pillows. Good location. Kitchen with utensils.

Gondar Backpackers is the best Hostel in Gondar even in Ethiopia!

Kind hosts. Good vibe and nice rooms. Please improve the heat water on bathrooms and this would be a perfect place.

The place is clean, beds are comfortable, but what really made it extraordinary was the kind hosts. They went out of their way to help us with planning and tours and with everything you can imagine. They are passionate about creating an affordable place to stay in Gonder. So grateful to them.
