The Palm Palace's Hotel top is good place to view the night sky. A group of tour guides used to read the sky & enjoyed our stay in discoverving constellations.

Clean, peaceful and cordial staff. With 24hrs open kitchen, you don’t have to time your meal hours as per standard norms.

Room size is good, average furniture, mosquito net provided. Room very dark, even during day (only one window and lamps could be brighter and in additional spots). Bathroom size good, but after a shower, it will be totally flooded until being cleaned again (wear the right shoes when going to the toilet). Breakfast was mediocre.

Best hotel for its price in Bahir Dar. Central location, beautiful terrace, good breakfast (omlette plus other things), available from 6 am. Price per night is 600 birr. Room is in very good condition with minor flows, hot water, but not very good pressure. The room is very clean. Mosquito net provided. Internet connection works only on the 1st floor. All in all, this is the best hotel value for money that I had in Ethiopia.

Loved the customer service. My Only concern which is important is no air-conditioning. Otherwise it is clean and well put. Recommended if you want homy experience. Also the roof top restaurant has a great view of the city.
