My ragtag group of friends (read: varying riding experience) had a blast with the Ethiocycles team. They built a very group-appropriate riding itinerary, and paired it with fun activities (e.g., visiting a mosque and local market, eating at great restaurants). They (Bini, Sammy, and Kalayu) were accommodating to all of our requests -- and were generally a blast to be around. They even hosted a bike maintenance teaching session for us. My group LOVED riding in Ethiopia and were especially happy riding with this bunch!
