It provides a great service! I am satisfied with their customer service. It is the only abyssinia bank branch in hawassa. I think there is another branch somewhere but this one is very efficient and provides a high customer service. I love it so far. I have been a customer for the last 2 years. This Abyssinia bank has low que. I am satisfied with thier service. It is close to the main street on Hawassa so i recommend going to their branch. Near by places include, Dashn Bank, Arab sefer and Gebeya. It cost 2 birr to go to places like mobil and gabriel. However, it is common to get a 1 birr minibus drive to those places. So I recommend going to this abyssinia bank branch. I am sure you will get the same customer service as I did. Love hawassa. Go to fiker hayk and amora gedel to enjoy hawassa. There is a boat service at fiker hayk at a price of 30 ETB minimum for the shortest ride. However, I recommend a negotiation with the boat driver to go a 50 ETB per person ride to the further mid ride to the lake. You would love it! I love hawassa! I am sure you will love hawassa!
