The worst customer service i have seen from such organization.I booked an exam and I havent got confirmation 10 days later.When I try to contact them they simply don't Respond To Emails And Wont Pickup Phones.I am ashamed by the bad service I have recived from the organization that should work based on international standards this was a true waste of time and i will never recommend taking any test with British council.They will disappoint you! Be warned!
Don't go here,believe me..they are the worst.
This organisation is a disgrace,truly disappointed with the non existent service.i will never come back here.
