They even don't deserve 1 star, why you need to put your number if you don't answer it? It is an indication of poor management. I don't have to come to your place to get information this days. Poor marketing strategy, hire some one professional who understands and value the importance of information and time.

AN ABSOLUTE EMBARSSEMENT TO THE HYUNDAI NAME!!!!!. I left my car there to get the radiator changed, I got the radiator myself after they told me that they could not find it. I woke up at 5 in the morning to circumvent traffic and get it there as early as possible so that it could be finished by the afternoon. They ended up taking 3 days to finish a job that the factory says should take 4 to 5 hours with a leak test/pressure test of an additional 3 hrs. The only person who resembled the professionalism & customer attentivness of a factory service center was Mr. Dawit (service manager) if he were able to train staff in quality control ie.calling non fleet customers at the end of the day to give an update on the status/progress of their vehicle it could elevate the prestige of the establishment to a fraction of the Owner's Legendary acheivments.

One of the places where I had the worst experience in customer care. They will tell you they will call you in a moment and they will forget you. they will take 3 days to change the oil......advise: never go there for service! I wish there is 0 rating..and more competitors in the market.

Whatever we need it is sold out or we have to wait for 4,5 or 6 months. But the catalogs show is good. Anyways what ever they say or happened, I love the owner of this place. The legendary Haile G/silase
