Zersi Ethiopia Tour, Travel and Car Rent

Rented a cat from Zersi ethiopian tours in December 2020. Initial communication with “oneday” was great. He actually responded to all emails clearly. Many did not bother to respond. He offered a great price for a great model car with driver. Had to make some changes to travel dates due to issues with gondar airport which was no pro problem at all. Before arrival he offered to exchange money due to being a Sunday on pick up day as banks are closed and he did this for an excellent exchange rate. He also picked up a sim card with data. On day of pick up, came exactly at the agreed time with money and aim card. Car was exactly as described and very clean. Temaru, the driver was charming and professional. The 7 days went exactly as planned. Temaru, drove the car in a safe and professional manner and most importantly had a great sense of humour. During our stay at the bale mountains, he knew exactly where the find the wildlife and where to go. Really fantastic driver and very comfortable car. Took us to great places for food stops on the way. On the last day, at the airport dropped off, after big hugs, he waited outside the airport to make sure we had no issues with flight. Really fantastic service, before, during, and after rental. Do i recommend zersi for car rental... absolutely. Would i rent from then again in the future... in a heartbeat. Go ahead and book with oneday, you will not regret it.
