The workers there are unclear about the services they're providing. A simple cleanup request could land you in a net of bribery. So sad... I expected other wise.

This has been my worst car wash experience so far. After we were told that our car had been cleaned as ordered, we found out that nothing had been done under the hood. When we asked the guys they told us it was cleaned but that it had permanent stains. It was a very humiliating and belittling conversation as it was dust that hadn't been cleaned. They managed to put the "permanent dust" off after simply washing it with water. The worst part was that nobody seemed to care when we went to the office to complain. Hope the owners see this message and work on their employees.
