I've read and heard a lot of negative comments about Dr. Ruth. What I actually experienced was quite the contrary. She was attentive, inviting and calm. I had a pleasant experience.

Dr. Ruth doesn't live upto her name. She's intimidating, dismissive, cold and ignorant. She is not friendly or caring. She doesn't seem to b interested to know the patient's or their subjective explanation. I honestly don't know why she has patients or how people keep up with her. I went for one appointment n was highly disappointed. It was a waste of money,time n energy. I felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. She doesn't seem like she wants to solve her patient's complaints a much as she wants to get rid of them.If it's not too bold to say,I am not even sure she remembers her subject materials properly. It felt like she wanted me to leave before that fact was apparent. I am appalled. I told her there was a specific class of medication I am not allowed to use n instead of exploring that n trying to come up with an option, which I am sure there are, she just told me I couldn't b helped. N then gave a couple of meds. who does that?! The pharmacist I consulted few months back about my situation was more willing to help n offered more solution than her. N I wasn't paying him nor did he have a medical degree. I personally believe the only reason she's talked about is cause she was one of the few ones at some point when there weren't many dermatologists so noone questioned her abilities n methods. But it's not like that anymore. I am sure there are other physicians more willing to help their patients. so I highly recommend who ever is reading this to find another doctor as I am planning to do. The only reason I am giving a one star is cause of how hospitable the receptionists n nurses were. Had it not been for them, she wouldn't even deserve that.

I is a good hospital keep it up

Went there for hair loss treatment, they give me medicine expensive medicine which is applied on the hair, only available in their pharamacy and asked me to comeback after 2 weeks. When I come back their require card payment again which is 300birr. I tried the medicine for 2-3 months with no any visible effect. I simply wasted my money, my time and hope in their clinic. Don't recommend
