Nice officers at all I like Italy embassy their visa process is fast and clear nice employees I love you all of you. I appreciate Ethiopian tourist to apply visa to Italy embassy at addis abeba and see the historical places of the great nation of Italy.

The employees are very disciplined friendly and polite. The embassy is very systematic in process, clean and highly secured. I am reducing 1 star becoz it doesnt provide service of informing the applicant about acceptance or denial of schengen visa on call or by email. We have to come personally or authorize someone to get the visa. Its uncomfortable and expensive for those who have to travel from far places.
