Blooms Garden plant shop (florist)????

So......I needed a florist on St Valentine's day, for my wife in Addis Ababa. A quick Google search, threw up about three. I called Blooms Garden Plant Shop, without much expectation.....this is Africa after all and I don't speak Amharic !! The shop assistant didn't speak English, so I just kept saying "English" "English" 😂 She called for the manager who spoke perfect English. After telling him which bouquet I wanted, but not knowing the correct address, only a phone number !! He said "don't worry, I will call her and deliver the flowers today" WOW, I said. We exchanged WhatsApp contacts and he sent me photos of the flowers. A big problem occured, when I attempted to send payment via Western Union. All external cash transfers to Ethiopia have been suspended, due to international currency problems, with the BIRR. Nightmare !!☹️ The manager said, "don't worry, I will deliver the flowers and just pay me - whenever you can" Totally unbelievable customer service 👍👍
