I went here for just a time and most of good things are available with reasonable price. good place for cardio and body building. I like z table tennis which refreshes z body between sets. and I got a very limited barbel plates and both z dumbbell and z barbell handlers are so thin to handle which doesn't give me comfort during my stay.

Small fitness centre with weight equipment focusing on the hard core body builder. Has some cardio equipment like stationery bikes, treadmills. Has a large area for movement training like aerobics, karate, etc. This area is mirrored so it gives a good effect. Change rooms and toilets with some showers is spartan. Has several instructional posters on weight training on some areas. Small reception area selling some liquids like water, etc.
