Landmark General Hospital

I brought my sister to emergency on Sunday night. The hospital was quite so no stress. I thought it was a great hospital and it started out great. The registration and the basic check up went well. The issue started when I took her for blood work. The laboratory guy was so rude, he didn’t asked us to come in he just walked by us and left us sitting in the hall way. When I went back to the main entrance to ask why it’s taking so long they were puzzled as we were and told us to go to laboratory room and that he supposed to call on us to come in. He didn’t say a word to us act like we are there as unwanted guest. He seemed very angry and cold. He went about getting her blood and walked away. when I asked him if we done or if there is anything else he didn’t answer. I asked what’s going on and why he is not communicating, he said “I can’t help you if you can’t hear” I told him I didn’t hear him speak. My sister didn’t either. I tried to talk to him politely but he wasn’t having it. He kept saying I can’t help u if you can’t hear. I told him he is very rude and I will complain about how he was treating us and he told me go head do that and “we will see where that gets you”. At that point I was feeling very unsafe in the hospital. He told us to get out and he closed the door and walked away. I am writing this as we wait for the results of the blood work he did and I am thinking if we should stay or not. The other nurse were very nice so I am not sure what’s going on with him. I never ever experienced something like this. Absolutely horrifying.

The ceo need to make sure of his doctors Because last month my friend 'so son. Make Sergei by mistake. The problem is the doctor whom make the operation instead taking care of hin. Let him go home with out any responsibility We solve our problem we took our son to another professional doctor. But i am telling you to teach your doctors to be more responsible to their patients. No need to send your address.

We have been coming to this hospital for over 3 years For my dads check up. The staffs were professional and we were statisfied by the service given, But of recent the patient relation as declined drastically! They don’t respect people’s turn and also do not give proper information on timings. During these Covid era when you would think hospitals will work better on reducing overcrowding, they make you wait for hours due to lack of proper information and regular changes of schedules. I was hugely disappointed to see the hospital decline in its service and I’m also discouraged to recommend this hospital! Fellow Dr
